Consort have launched the single zone SL wireless heater with 3 different wire free controllers. Heaters are Lot 20 and ERP compliant, this is new legislation that has come in to force January 2018 requiring better control of electric heaters therefore reducing wastage and giving great energy savings. If it is multi zone control you are looking for you can use several of the controllers or it may be more beneficial to look at the RX system, but if you want to control multiple heaters from on or more controllers the SL is more cost efficient.

Wireless Controllers
Three different wireless controllers are available in the SL range, SLPB, SLVT and SLTI from the most basic to all singing and dancing 7 day programmable.
SLPB on/off simple control and run back timer thermostat has the following options:
- Basic mode: Switches heater on or off when button is pressed
- Timer mode: Allows the controller to act as a 4-stage run-back timer where the heating period will be active until the run-back timer expires. Like a countdown to off. There is a choice of three time periods available: 5, 15 or 30 minutes. When the button is pressed four times, this takes the run-back time period to 20, 60 or 120 minutes.
- Temperature mode: Temperature control for comfort and setback periods which can also be used in conjunction with the Timer mode.
- Choice of 3 time periods in Timer mode: 5, 15 or 30 minutes
- Comfort temperature will maintain the set room temperature
- Setback temperatures can be used for frost protection or maintaining a minimum room temperature
- 4 light indicators around the button to show the status of the controller
- Easy operation
- Fits onto any standard single gang box
- External input available to connect to any voltage free contact such as timers or BMS
- Can be powered by either mains 240V or 12VDC which allows SELV installation ie in a bathroom

SLVT OnOff simple control, Run back timer and digital thermostat options:
In addition to the run-back timer function, the SLVT offers temperature control and an easy-to-read digital display showing the room temperature.
The SLVT has four status indicators and two operating modes which are set prior to the controller’s installation. It offers temperature control where users can set their comfort temperature using either one of the temperature control buttons, however, they cannot increased it beyond the maximum comfort temperature set by the building owners or operators. In Temperature and Timer mode, it acts as a 4-stage run-back timer where the heating period will be active until the run-back timer expires. There is a choice of three time periods available: 5, 15 or 30 minutes. When the button is pressed four times, this takes the run-back time period to 20, 60 or 120 minutes. In Temperature Control mode, it features temperature control for comfort and setback periods.
- Can operate multiple SL heaters
- Display screen shows actual room temperature, except briefly when either of the two control buttons are pressed, the new target room temperature is then temporarily displayed
- Can set display for either Celsius or Fahrenheit
- Can set maximum comfort temperature
- Variable comfort control for user to adjust the room temperature below the maximum comfort temperature

SLTI Programmable 7 Day timer and Thermostat
Electronic timer offering up to 3 heating periods per day, 7 days a week. Designed with 4 large control buttons with audible and tactile feedback and an electronic lock available to prevent tampering with the controls. The SLTI has four operating modes including a 15-minute Boost with temperature control to provide the maximum comfort quickly. It has a frost protection setting and can set comfort and setback temperatures.
