Description
Ultrawarm underfloor heating matt 150W/m2 Design enables fast installation and an even heat distribution across the whole floor
Mats sizes are regular metric sizes at 1.5m2 intervals up to 4m2 and then 1m2 intervals up to 12.0m2
Mats have a twin conductor cable simplifying installation with a single 3m “cold tail” connection
Finished installation is controlled using an easy to use programmable thermostat
This 150W/m2 mat is suitable for internal applications including kitchens, bathrooms & living areas
Very simple to install by following the comprehensive instruction booklet included with each cable mat
Please Note: The final electrical connections should be made by a qualified electrician in accordance with the current wiring regulations
All installations require a 30mA RCD (residual current device) for safe operation
Rooms requiring more than two mats require connection to the thermostat via a standard junction box
It is recommended that consideration is given to floor insulation as an insulated floor will speed up heat up times and reduce running costs
