Description
Hamilton ICDM1000 1000W Remote Ceiling DimmerNew remote dimmer unit for mounting in the ceiling above the lights that are to be dimmed
Operates from either a retractive switch or a touch dimmer
Operating range : 40W - 1000W or 50VA - 1000VA
Can be multi-way controlled by a adding additional control points in parallel (maximum of 6 points, must be 240volt rated - touch or retractive, or a combination of both)
No neutral required at the switch
By operation from a retractive switch: press once to switch lights on, press and hold to dim lights up or down, press twice to switch lights off. Pressing the control point again will bring lights back on at their previous level
Soft start technology to provide prolonged lamp life
Overload protection - when an over current is detected the dimmer will switch off and then re-start
Over temperature protection - when a temperature is detected that exceeds safe operation limits the dimmer will automatically switch off
Lamps fade off slowly
Flicker free operation
Not suitable for fluorescent lamps
Must be installed in an accessible well ventilated dry area
